If you take on the challenge as our new Employer Branding Specialist, you will become part of a hardworking Talent Acquisition team, that is dedicated to find and attract the best talents to Danfoss covering entire North European Region.

Job Responsibilities

Your main responsibility as our Employer Branding Specialist is to position Danfoss as a favored employer and support the business in attracting top students and talented professionals.

 

Through your innovative and creative approach, along with the desire to make an impact that matters, you will be advising and supporting colleagues across our organization. Whilst your primary responsibility will be to engage with our employer branding activities in Denmark, you will in addition have an advisory role to local HR responsible in the remaining North European countries.

 

Furthermore:

 

  • Coordinate employer branding activities towards our different target groups hereunder events, career fairs, and SoMe activities together with our brand ambassadors.
  • Key driver for our brand ambassador network incl. management and development.
  • Development of communication materials for events and career platforms e.g. marketing campaigns, SoMe posts, direct mails, registration sites, career site, evaluations etc.
  • Promote Danfoss as preferred employer at both virtual- and physical career fairs.
  • Stakeholder management, internal communication and reporting, and presentations.

Background & Skills

We expect you to have a creative, result-oriented mindset and a positive, hands-on working approach. It will be an advantage if you are familiar with working in an internationally oriented environment. We expect you to be a proactive team player and to take ownership of your work. You are an open-minded and hands-on communicator building network across functions and regions, both internal and externally. You should thrive working with different cultures, mindsets, backgrounds and in a fast-paced environment.

 

 

Furthermore:

 

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in e.g. business, marketing, or communication
  • Proven work experience in a similar role
  • High cultural intelligence to accommodate our diversity
  • Great communication skills in both English and Danish.
