Job Description

Danfoss Business System (DBS) is looking for a proactive, analytical, and business-oriented Lead Consultant, Performance Management with good communicative skills, who would like to join us in constantly improving and developing DBS Performance Management as a key part of the Danfoss One Company Approach to continuous improvement.


 
You will be a part of our Performance Office, where we are responsible for implementing performance management within Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost across all plants globally in close collaboration with our locally based Navigators. Performance Office is furthermore responsible for performance reporting to senior- and executive management and key stakeholders, both internally in DBS and to our business segments. 

 

We are looking for an add-on to an already great team, where we would like you to play a very active role in the continuous performance dialogues with key stakeholders. We can always develop and improve our reporting landscape, but in the past years we have taken strides towards our future state. Moving forward, the focus will be to utilize the Power BI dashboards we have developed and convert it into business value for Danfoss.

Job Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Facilitate implementation and maintenance of Performance Management globally in close collaboration with DBS Navigators
  • Support and participate in performance dialogues with plant managers and senior management
  • Provide support to the DBS management team in the definition, analysis, and usage of data, reporting and dashboard tools
  • Support the business and senior management in various KPI-related topics (ad hoc)

 

You will be based out of Danfoss' Headquarters in Nordborg (DK). Given our global coverage, you should expect some travel activities, typically limited to a couple of days per month. 
 

Background & Skills

To succeed in this role, you need to be proactive and comfortable in dialogues with senior management across different cultures. Possessing analytical skills and a systematic approach will be a distinct advantage. Furthermore, you are an energetic team player who can interact and work agile with a notion of transparency and urgency when necessary.

 

You use your excellent mathematical skills and analytical mindset to interpret reports and KPIs to add value in a business context. Furthermore, you have proven insights into Data Analytics and can comprehend integration of individual tasks to the bigger picture with your holistic view. Finally, we are looking for a colleague with capability to communicate business related topics, tailored to a broad variety of stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

 

In addition, we expect you to have:

  • An international mindset
  • Competency in translating data into business value
  • Experience working with Power BI and SQL database
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Fluency in written and verbal English


In terms of educational background, you should hold a Master’s degree and/or at least two years of experience in data analytics and performance management after your graduation.

The successful candidate could come from a recognized Management Consulting organization, driving transformation projects with Operations in Industry.
