Job Description

Job Responsibilities
In your role you will be responsible for software specification, coding, and unit validation according to customer requirements. Furthermore, you will execute and coordinate R&D activities within a specific project, including all relevant activities and documentation. You can expect approximately 10-20 days of travel per year, primarily to customers, partners, and suppliers.
Background & Skills
To step into this role, you hold a Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related software engineering field or similar education combined with a technical background, as well as excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Preferable you have experience with design and coding of Embedded software, test and validation of units and documentation of the design. As a person you are innovative, fact based, quality and result oriented, positive, open-minded and a good team player who can interact with others, across borders and cultures.
- Min 3-5 years’ experience with design of software / mechatronics products
- Experience within embedded software development / coding within C/C++, Python, etc.
- Basic experiences with connected products and IoT solutions
- Basic project coordinator experience
- Knowledge and experience within software specification and documentation
- Fluent and comprehensive in English
Possessing business minded skills first and foremost in combination with an analytical/systematic approach will be a distinct advantage as the nature of this position requires a high aptitude and ability level.
You have the natural ability to work effectively and convey our findings to a broad audience across the organization, individually, in groups and across cultures.
You can also challenge stakeholders, shining a light on the essence of your findings in relation to managing projects and change management processes efficiently.
To support this your pace is high and enjoy being proactive, well organized and solution orientated. You are an energetic and positive team player who can interact and work agile with a notion of transparency and urgency when necessary.
