The job

Managing different projects can be a challenge, but maybe you are exactly what we are looking for? If you thrive in a complex organisation and enjoy not having a predetermined list of actions to successfully implement ambitious projects and initiatives, then please apply! You will become part of a truly global and diverse professional team where expectations are high but realistic, and you will be surrounded be excellent, positive, and knowledgeable colleagues.

In short, we run projects to ensure the framework for a well-functioning production and administration in NER . We focus on having a good working environment with room for the individual, and value mutual trust and openness.

We encourage having the best possible balance between work and private life, which means that we are open to flexibility if daily operations allow, both in Nordborg, Silkeborg, Kolding and from home.

The role will involve you

To step into this role having a proven and effective self-propelled direction, in combination with a solid independency would be an advantage. Having worked with many stakeholders simultaneously and upfront taking a visible initiative and responsibility is key.

We are looking for a hybrid combination, to ensure the best fulfillment of the users' requirements, as well as the best value for Danfoss, hence being able to switch between different areas of focus is central.

First, it is important that you enjoy having a busy everyday life with many simultaneous tasks, and that you show timely care by taking responsibility and making independent decisions. Your work processes are characterized by being structured, careful and planned. To support this, you have a natural overview and the ability to prioritize your tasks.

We also need you to prioritize entering a professional community and cooperation with your colleagues. With your commitment and positive attitude, you help to create a good atmosphere around you. Translating complex, detailed knowledge into an understandable context is also extremely important. You are thus able to create a sound professional foundation around you, which means that people listen to your arguments. This applies both in a technical and a business forum.

You meet other people at eye level, with an open mind and mutual respect, and build relationships with other people regardless of organizational level. You manage to take on tasks and solve them both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues, across cultures and organizational levels.

Background and skills

As an entry point to this job, you can have different educational backgrounds. You can either have a background as a machinist or an engineer. Alternatively, you can also have another technical education with a solid project manager background.

You possess technical qualities and have a systematic approach that enables you to see individual solutions from a holistic perspective, and thus choose the right solutions and priorities. Being an excellent facilitator both virtually and face to face, forming a mutual trust is important.

Having a proactive out-of-the box thinking challenging and questioning the status-quo is preferable. To support this your pace is high and enjoy being proactive, well organized and solution orientated. You are an energetic and positive team player who can interact and work agile with a notion of transparency and urgency when necessary.

Furthermore, we imagine that you:

Has a relevant technical background with project-related tasks within ventilation, electricity, or automation projects. Has solid experience from a similar role - preferably in an international environment. Last, but not least, you are fluent in Danish and English in writing and speaking.
