Danfoss Climate Solutions is looking for a new Project Manager to join an exciting journey in Danfoss High Pressure Pumps.

The position is located in Nordborg, Denmark.

Job Responsibilities

 

As our new Project Manager your key responsibilities include:

  • Project management in selected projects, make planning, tracking and execution of project milestones
  • Organize and motivate project team
  • Secure a structured End-to-End and fast paced delivery of projects through strong facilitation of mainly technology Development and Front-End processes
  • Manage High Pressure Pumps Agile Frontend tool as a gate keeper and coordinator to maintain and develop the HPP project development pipeline
  • Analyze and manage project risks
  • Continuous improvement of Projects KPIs (budget, delivery, quality, customer satisfaction)

To be successful in this position you are good in communication with internal stakeholders and customers. You are resilient and can deal with complexity. You are a fast learner with the ability to adapt to changes.

Furthermore, you should have: 

  • An appropriate technical or economical degree (B.Sc., M.Sc. or equivalent)
  • Project Management experience
  • Get direct access with stakeholders, bring agility, speed and flexibility
  • Clear accountability on project key performance indicators
  • Ability to lead team members toward common objectives while fostering team spirit
