Do you want to work with the very latest SAP Planning tools within the ‘Forecast to Plan’ area using latest innovations? Do you have a strong interest in keeping up with the newest technologies, and knows how to conceptualize IT solutions? Can you translate business needs into concepts?

 

Work with the smartest people and the newest technologies

As a Consultant you will drive the front-end development in our digital planning platform hosted in SAP APO. As a new team member in our global team,  You will work with our business consultants and customers on designing product features according to their needs translated into the APO solutions. You will join our team of 7 dedicated APO SAP Consultants, and be a key player in our ‘One ERP’ initiative, bringing those business requirements into a live system. You will also have a central role in making sure we are ready for the future of APO, that to us means developing future architecture and functionalities in APO environment, making sure that APO functionality is also kept relevant in the late 2020’s. Thus, keeping up with platform enhancements at vast scale, building solutions that enables us to ‘Engineer Tomorrow’.

 

You will become a part of a Design Competence Center department, which at present have many resources deeply involved in designing our One ERP, and thereby changing Danfoss future IT architecture significantly. You will work with latest IT technologies in a truly global team, together with other consultants and software engineers in close contact with colleagues within IT and the overall Business.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: 

  • Support the design and implementation of activities for the specific SAP application / solution component and functional area, including analysis and design/redesign of business processes and/or defining parts of an organization.
  • IT Functional Team Member of the Design Competence Center, bringing IT Solution template expertise.

Background & Skills

You will be our ideal candidate if you have about 7+ years of experience in SAP ECC and S4/HANA in similar role on past projects for functional area / domain and solution module or as and IT APO consultant in SAP ERP implementation projects. You are familiarity with IT landscape and Solution Architecture and your have proven experience in Solution Analysis, design and build of RICEFW specifications. Besides, you are skilled in: 

 

APO g-ATP:
•    Basic ATP methods (Availability check, Forecast check, Product Allocation).
•    Rule Based ATP
•    Capable to Promise (CTP).
•    Back Order Processing
•    Multi-Level ATP
•    Forecast Process

 

APO – PP/DS:
•    Master Data (Workcenters/Resources, BOM/Routings/PDS....)
•    Production and Capacity Planning
•    Desirable knowledge on Embedded APO, and a transition into it
•    CIF Integration of master data

 

ERP:
•    Integration scenarios with APO for ATP, DP and PP/DS

 

You speak and write English excellently. You are self-driven, can lead workshops with the business and other IT colleagues. You have the desire to learn, stay sharp and competent in your own area and also willing to help your colleagues to be competent. Last but not least, you possess good cooperation skills and able to work cross-capability with a mix of internal and external consultants.

 

Your work location can be flexible, but we prefer either Denmark, northern Germany. We support also the use of working from home offices when convenient.
Our headquarter is located in Nordborg on Als.
