We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Engineer to be based in Serbia, Belgrade office. The person will be responsible for development of Danfoss Cooling system business in a defined territory or customer channel in Serbia, to achieve our short- and long-term targets.  

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include the following:

• Represent Danfoss and meet sales targets in Serbia with focus on Danfoss Cooling product portfolio
• Sales support to strategic accounts (wholesalers and OEM's)  
• Develop an understanding of account needs within the region, key decision-makers, applications, products/product development plans, and competitive situation
• Maintain a high-quality opportunity pipeline
• Provide input for the demand plan and rolling forecast
• Lead customer visits and maintain/cultivate senior-level customer relationship
• Cooperate with internal technical support & customer service teams
• The job requires travelling

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

• At least to have bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering (HVAC preferred) and have outstanding communication and business acumen
• Sales experience within Refrigeration applications around Automatic Controls, Commercial compressors, Industrial Refrigeration, Air Conditioning or similar market segments, familiarity with the Serbian market
• Strong commercial insight and business understanding
• High energy, self-motivated, persistent and ability to influence others
• Structured mindset to secure consistency and strong follow-ups with performance tracking
• Flexible, self-reliant, and result-oriented personality
• Strong networking skills
• Ability to operate in a matrix environment
• Active Serbian and English language skills
