Job Description

For our Global Services team we are looking for an E-Infrastructure Expert (m/f/d) based close to one of our office locations based in the Central European Region.

Job Responsibilities

You will become part of the Global Services (GS) team for Central European Region (CER). Countries belonging to this region are Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium and the Netherlands. In the region we have 18 office locations, several warehouse locations and factory / workshops totalling to 33 locations spread over 5 countries. It will be a combination of maintaining and replacing existing charging infrastructures and in some locations develop new charging infrastructures.

 

Tasks and responsibilities you can expect:

  • You manage projects for our internal customers in the area of planning, installation and maintenance of charging infrastructure;
  • Advice on the implementation of electrical installations of the charging infrastructure at the different locations;
  • Coordinate and manage external installation contractors, taking into account time and budget constraints;
  • Present and propose expansion of existing charging infrastructure, including planning, assessment of needs, concept and location planning (location criteria, charging technology, etc.)
  • Advise and assist on local decision-making process, implementation of the application;
  • Knowledge and or willing to learn local procedures, regulations and subsidy programs;  
  • You are flexible and also drive your projects forward through on-site visits. 

Background & Skills

We would like to see that you have a background, work experience and or education in electrical engineering, sustainable mobility or renewable energies combined with expertise and knowledge on the field of electromobility and charging infrastructure and the construction thereof. Additionally, we are looking for:

  • You are flexible and also drive your projects forward through on-site visits in the region;
  • You work in a structured and independent manner and always have an overview of the ongoing different projects;
  • You have a strong and active network in the energy/charging infrastructure or automotive industry;
  • You are able and willing to travel in the CER region: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium and the Netherlands;
  • Skills to work with basic MS office applications;
  • Fluent in word and writing for the English language. If you have good language skills for the German and or Dutch language, this is considered as a major advantage.
