The Impact You'll Make

As our IT Specialist, you’ll help keep daily operations running smoothly for colleagues across the EMEA region by ensuring that technical issues are resolved quickly and accurately.
Your impact? Employees will experience fewer interruptions, faster resolutions, and a more reliable digital workplace because of your work. You’ll help maintain the stability of essential IT services by managing incidents, supporting users, and documenting solutions that prevent future disruptions.
You’ll collaborate with global Service Desk teams, work with modern ITSM tools, and take responsibility for first-line support processes that strengthen our overall service quality.
This is a full-remote position available in Slovakia, Bulgaria, and Romania — with Slovakia as the preferred location.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely handling of IT incidents and service requests.
  • Use the ServiceNow ITSM platform to manage tickets, document resolutions, and contribute to process improvements.
  • Troubleshoot issues across software, hardware, and network services to restore functionality for end-users.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex cases to higher-level teams while keeping users informed.
  • Create and update knowledge base articles to improve consistency and speed of future support.

What We're Looking For

  • Hands-on experience in a service desk or technical support environment with the ability to resolve common IT issues.
  • Practical understanding of the ITIL framework and standard support processes.
  • Confidence in working with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM tool.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and local language, enabling clear support in remote interactions. Knowledge of Polish and Danish is an advantage.
  • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to analyze issues methodically in a fast-paced environment.
