Job Description

Danfoss is seeking a motivated, reliable, and responsive Team Leader/Project manager to our location in Povazska Bystrica, Slovakia.

Our branch in Slovakia belongs to the Power Solutions segment. Danfoss Power Solutions is a world-class provider of mobile hydraulics for the construction, agriculture, and other off-highway vehicle markets and is part of Danfoss Group.

Job Responsibilities

  • Management and implementation of new technologies, systems and applications to support of production
  • Training of operators in the implementation of new technologies, systems and applications to support of production
  • Management of project to support of production
  • Processing of reports from production
  • Design and implementation of improvements in safety, quality and cost
  • Processing and analysis data in production
  • Investment support
  • Creating and updating layouts based on production changes
  • Responsible for external production cooperation
  • Responsible for proposal of local quality standards in area manufacture

Background & Skills

Technical University education (Bachelor's or Master's degree)

Min. 3 years of professional experience technical/project position

Experience with IATF 16949 and tools 8D, SOPs, MIFA (VSM), statistical process control (SPC)  

Experience with CAD software, preferred Autocad, Siemenx NX

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Highly developed computer skills (MS Office, Windows, Power BI, Sharepoint)

SAP knowledge

English - Intermediate (B1)

Proven ability to develop and lead team members in meeting goals and objectives

Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-through skills

Analytical thinking and managing multiple tasks at the same time
