Job Description

Are you looking to enhance your career within a global company and take on new challenges? Danfoss is looking for an experienced HR Generalist, who will join regional Danfoss HR Operations team. The Generalist will have full responsibility for Danfoss entities in the Czech Republic, Croatia and Serbia reporting to the regional HR Manager.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • offer first line support for people managers and employees for all topics related to operational HR including labour law specifics
  • driving HR processes to deliver best practice and business focused HR solutions to meet business requirements
  • develop, manage and coordinate a variety of HR-related programs and activities (aligned with corporate and divisional policy)
  • responsible for managing outsourced payroll process, will take ownership over HR functioning of the office
  • optimize existing HR processes and implement new global processes
  • maintaining good relationships with stakeholders from all 3 companies as well and regional management – focus is on sales companies

Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills:

  • Min Bachelor´s degree in HR-related field
  • Fluent English and native Czech language skills
  • 3-5 years of experience including good knowledge of labour law and payroll
  • Experience in working in a country/regional matrix or complex environment of international company is an advantage
  • Experience in identifying and resolving issues independently
  • Open-minded, fact based and solutions-oriented team player, has structured and detailed approach to problem solving, global mindset and excellent communication skills
