Job Description
At Danfoss, we are looking for our new HR Coordinator to join our Regional HR Benelux team for our office location in Rotterdam.
Danfoss has a regional set-up, and we are part of the Central Europe Region. The countries belonging to this region are Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium and the Netherlands. Our Regional HR Benelux team is operating in the Netherlands and Belgium and in total servicing 7 locations in the Benelux.
Job Responsibilities
Within the Benelux, we have several (different) legal entities and locations that belong to the area of responsibilities. You will be exposed to a diverse and dynamic work environment. Encounter different cultures, processes, collective labour agreements, and you can expect to be welcomed in a motivated, close and enthusiastic team. Your day-to-day activities and responsibilities will consist of the following tasks:
- Processing of administrative HR tasks. These tasks may consist of answering questions from Danfoss colleagues via telephone or our HR email inbox;
- Coordination of training and or certification of our people at our 2 factory locations in the Benelux;
- Monitor, administer and keep the HR email inbox organised;
- Other activities like drafting letters, drafting of employment contracts or changes of existing contracts;
- Participate and collaborate on HR related projects within the Benelux and the CER region;
- Your tasks will not be limited to administration, emails, phone calls and contracts only. You are part of the Regional HR team and point of contact for our Danfoss employees for all HR related topics;
- Support the HR Manager in various tasks and projects.

To be successful in this position, we would like to see that you have some years of work experience within an HR department and have an educational background in the HR domain. Additionally, we would like to see:
- Excellent communication skills and experience with an international and cross-cultural working environment;
- Knowledge of employment law;
- Strong Excel skills;
- Work experience with HR systems is preferred. Examples are: Perman, ADP, Afas and or PeopleNow (SAP);
- Possess a proactive attitude with a self-starting mindset and able to prioritize;
- Perform your tasks in an accurate and meticulous manner;
- Fluent language skills (in word and writing) for the Dutch and English language;
- Fluent French language skills is considered as a major advantage.
