We’re excited to announce that we’re looking for an enthusiastic Technical Support (m/f/d) colleague to join our Danfoss Climate Solutions support team based at our state-of-the-art office ‘The Mark” in Rotterdam.

Job Responsibilities
You will become part of the Danfoss Climate Solutions Sales and Technical Support team in the Benelux with approx. 20 colleagues and will support our customers and our commercial sales team by providing solutions for varying technical and commercial inquiries. You are not afraid of a challenge and with your drive you like to go the extra mile for our customers.
Tasks and responsibilities you can expect are:
- Answering inquiries that will reach you via email and via telephone. This could be advising our partners or guiding installers through an installation
- Prepare and share quotations
- Ensure administrative matters are correctly administered into our CRM system Salesforce
- Expertise in assessing warranty requests & returns
- Support for technical commercial presentations and trainings
- Identifying and reporting opportunities, potential problems and customer feedback
Background & Skills
We would like to see that you have technical education in mechanical or electrical engineering preferable combined with some years of relevant work experience in a technical environment. Having experience and knowledge of heating installations is a major advantage. Additionally, we are looking for:
- Experience with MS Office and digital tools like Salesforce etc.
- Willing to share your knowledge and expertise within your team and our customers
- Have a flexible and proactive attitude and be able to work and function independently as well as in a team
- Eager to develop your own knowledge and expertise by means of online and offline, internal or external training sessions
- Fluent (in word and writing) language skills in Dutch & English. Mastery of the French language is an advantage
