We are looking for motivated employees who want to work with us on our success. We are seeking the ideal Application Software Test Engineer, in San Sebastian, Spain.

Job Responsibilities

Your new challenges

Join the engineering team to evolve Remote-Control Devices which are powerful and reliable components for mobile hydraulic machinery applications
Test of embedded software applications under real-time conditions using a Hardware in the Loop (HIL) system as well as Software in the Loop (SiL) and Unit Tests
Preparation and maintenance of test specifications in close collaboration with application software teams
Programming of real-time test sequences in Python
Generation of test suites, regression tests test and reports to make the application certifiable

Background & Skills

Your qualifications

You hold a bachelor’s degree in Electronic/Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent; M.S. is preferred
ISTQB Foundation Level
5 or more years of experience in embedded software development using languages like C, C++ or C#, automotive applications are preferred
Experience in Telematics (GPS, ioT, network protocols)
Knowledge of Python and graphical coding is a plus
Basic knowledge of Control Theory
Very good English language skills (oral and written)
Spanish is a nice to have
You are acting goal oriented and highly self-motivated
You are open-minded and good at interacting with others, across borders and cultures
