Job Description
Danfoss Queretaro is looking for a skilled SCM Analyst. In this position you will work with global, regional & Site teams of DPS business to provide effective supply chain Management, Inventory management & Analytics services for sites across global & also support deployment of global initiatives such as MOQ reduction, E&O Liquidation, PFEP deployment & Standardized KPI reporting.
As SCM Analyst you will join a team of highly skilled and committed colleagues working closely together and acting as sparring partners for each other.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
1.Excellent communication & presentation skills to work with Global, regional & local supply chain teams across the globe (Especially in America’s & EMEA regions)
2. Support and enhance the Inventory Management, ABCQ LT segmentation, PFEP (plan for every part) and supply chain systems process to meet the global and regional team’s daily, weekly and monthly reporting timelines.
3. Responsible for sharing with the team, best inventory management practices, continuous improvement of process, development of process standards, compliance with Materials planning processes, and reporting in alignment with the regional and global supply chain organization
4. Strong Working Knowledge ERP Systems preferably MFG Pro/SAP/Oracle is required.
5. Work on developing Standard work in co-ordination with the Supply chain lead to deliver high quality, prompt Supply Chain Analytics/reporting services.
6. Support various analytical requirements from materials management & Inventory Analytics perspective like Min-max calculations, ROP, Safety stock calculations, past due analysis & Excess & obsolete inventory analysis. The part of role will be scheduled MIS reporting across global locations in specific division
7. Advance Excel knowledge (Data Analysis/Solver tools in excel). Knowledge of Macros would be an added advantage
8.Good understanding of tools such as Power BI/Tableu
Background & Skills
The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
- Graduate /Postgraduate especially MBA (Operations) with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience related to Inventory Management, Material Planning & supply chain management in global environment.
- Inventory Analytics with MTO/MTS, ABC/XYZ Classification
- Strong understanding of MRP & Replenishment planning
- SAP knowledge
- English advanced level
- Business warehousing, OBIEE, Power BI, Advance Excel with Macros.
