Job Description

Danfoss is seeking a committed and skilled GTM Coordinator. In this position you will be responsible for the management of the temporary inventory of the site and management of annex 24 for the businesses in charge.

As GTM Coordinator you will join a team of highly skilled and committed colleagues working closely together and acting as sparring partners for each other.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Ensure the integrity of the data of the Commercial Compliance processes.
  • Inventory reconciliation between Annex 24 and ERP (MFG PRO), including: cycle counts, receipt discrepancies, inventory adjustments, company losses, perpetual inventories, company sales.
  • Compliance to guarantee certifications and accredited programs such as IMMEX, OEA, CTPAT, PROSEC, etc.
  • Support to ensure full compliance with the law.
  • Supervise monthly the import/export operation of raw materials, finished products, equipment, scrap, unproductive material, surplus and obsolete (E&O).
  • Supervise the reconciliation of inventory of Fixed Assets vs. Import Records (Open Balance).
  • Provide accurate information to the VAT team related to VAT certification (Annex 30).
  • Supervise the Mexican sites in charge, complying with the management of reports, including, among others, the IMMEX Annual Report, INEGI Report, Submaquila Report, etc.
  • Import and export operations (temporary/definitive).
  • Virtual operations (V1, F4, A3)

Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/ Trade Compliance and/or Customs Law.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the mentioned field.
  • Fluent English
  • Proficient Microsoft Office (Excel audit formulas)
    • In-depth knowledge of annex 24
    • Auditing Skills
    • Balance Account Reconciliation
    • Knowledge of ERP transactions
    • Knowledge of all FTA that currently exist in Mexico
