Job Description

Danfoss is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join a team of dedicated and ambitious colleagues in a dynamic organization where no days are alike. As Administrative Assistant, you will support leaders, colleagues and external parties through a broad variety of administrative tasks. It will be your responsibility to keep an overview in this all-round administrative role.

In this role, you can look forward to a highly varied workday with many different tasks and a large contact surface across the entire organization. You will be given the opportunity to have a great amount of influence on your responsibilities and tasks. Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Personal assistant role: Plan meetings on a day-to-day basis, Travel planning, Coordination within the Global Leadership group.
  • Site administration role: Onboarding of new employees – making sure managers remember to buy equipment such as laptop, monitor, flower etc.
  • Support with day to day tasks: Responsible for the AEM (coffee meetings), Info board administrator, Assisting the team with customer visits.

  • You are a self-driven, service minded, and structured person, who enjoys interacting with different cultures across all levels.
  • You have a relevant educational background, and, preferably, some years of experience from a similar role.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and you can manage a variety of tasks simultaneously without losing your attention to detail or overview.
  • You are creative and curious about seeing things from a different perspective.
