Job Description

This role takes care of controlling for Hydrostatics Division business located in Waigaoqiao plant. It requires the daily contact with local operation team, engineering team and supply chain team. Always to ask smart questions with business insights for effective information passing, and to give professional suggestion with strong data-driven evidence. It also requires a frequent communication with local finance, controlling team and global controlling team regarding HY business performance status updates and financial project or tasks.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Monthly closing activity
  • Regular check and follow up on business activity to drive performance improvement
  • Representing Hydrostatics Division in the China Controlling Team, as well as participating in Global Controls Controlling community to ensure the alignment of process within the division and region
  • Forecast and analysis and building of continued improvement plan
  • Annual financial budget coordination and consolidation
  • Drive and improve financial process to meet requirement and business growth
  • Compliance on financial processes and close coordination and communication with Global Service finance team
  • Adhoc analysis and involvement based on requirements from management team

Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

  • >3 years in controlling
  • CPA or MBA preferred
  • European owned company background preferred
