Job Description
Support customer project which is applied with Danfoss Cooling Segment product in technical aspect.
Support Danfoss Cooling Segment Sales & Marketing related project in technical aspect.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Evidence of thinking from customer angle, to provide solutions in most application issue cases (before and after sales) that earn customers’ acceptance and positive feedback.
- Evidence of explaining comprehensively to customers on how to apply the solution effectively.
- Using own experience, knowledge, keep enriching own knowledge via discussing and learning from internal and external network to support customer projects, (and not just blaming others, expecting others to help solve problems)
- Evidence of timely responses (at least acknowledgement and initial feedback; within 24 hours – unless job holder is on leave) to customers’ enquiries
- Evidence of continuous learning, acquiring new experience and knowledge
- Display proactivity in soliciting ideas/feedback/competitors information from customers that can benefit Sales & Marketing in formulating their activities and priorities
- Evidence of offering meaningful, concrete, valuable assistance to Marketing in defining Product CRS
- Evidence of having specific, positive feedback from Sales on collaborating (instead of working on his own)
Background & Skills
The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

- Minimum 7 years in Controller or Programming field
- Both Hardware and software design, application experience is preferred;
- IoT experience is preferred.
- Bachelor or above;
- Willing to communicate to get resource internally and externally.
- Frequent business travel (2-3 days per week)
- Fluent spoken/written English preferred
