Job Description

To supervise the whole planning team preparing raw material replenishment & production plan via MFG system to meet customer requirement & maintain and control inventory for raw material & finished goods to support monthly sales within company target. Being a critical member of the Sales, Inventory & Operation Planning (SIOP) process

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
  • Maintain and control the inventory of raw material & finished goods to support monthly sales within DOH target.
  • Ensure MRP parameters maintained reasonable & accurate by planning function & check errors necessary.
  • Implement methods, practices and techniques to ensure the most economical movement of materials through the supply chain to achieve cost-effective logistics practices and customer OTD.
  • Regularly interface with the sales function to forecast, schedule, reschedule & provide rolling forecast to purchasing function.
  • Master production schedule to support customer requirement and efficient manufacturing process.
  • Schedule future raw material and tooling requirements using MFG System.
  • Maintain good working relationship with internal & external customers.
  • Identify training needs and provide on-job coach to employee to support team development.
  • CI deployment, continue to achieve positive results.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

 

  • Bachelor degree in a related business field

  • At least 3 years related business experience & 2 years management experience role in multi-national company

  • Good PC Skill and good at business software and MRP Systems

  • Good oral (both English & Mandarin) and written communication skills

  • Initiative & Strong leadership skills to manage in a fast paced and constantly changing environment

  • Planning management knowledge, ERP Skills, SRM management knowledge, computers skills, Leadership initiative, communication skill, high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
