Job Responsibilities

-Develop, lead and execute sales strategy for China within C&PB East Region market to achieve targeted revenue and growth objectives

-Participate in making and implement agreed strategies and action plans

-Fulfill annual sales target and KPIs and ensure business growth while improving profitability.

-Distributor development, performance management and competence building to fulfill the market demand and business development

-Strengthen Danfoss brand image in responsible area with the support of relevant function departments

-Coordinate and communicate cross-regional project information with sales teams in other geographies -Reporting, including but not limited to market and competition dynamics

-Training and service to end users, distributors and design institutes

Background & Skills

-5+ years’ experience in Sales and Sales Management, within HVAC, or substantially similar market segment

-Engineering background. Preferably majored or experienced in HVAC

-Superior leadership, organizational and motivating skills with excellent business understanding

-Progressive experience in Sales Management, customer relationship management and exploitation of market conditions and opportunities

-Excellent communication skills
