Job Description

We are looking for at well-structured and analytical master student with a big passion for HR and processes, who wants to join a leading global company within sustainablity. You will be part of the well-established and well-known Danfoss Postgraduate Program, where you will help lead of program with a big variety of projects ranging from recruitment to helping implement new strategies for the processes of the program. Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 

  • Recruitment process for the 2022 batch - making job ads, screening and selecting
  • Participating in graduate events at different universities
  • Organizing ad hoc tasks into processes and strucure it
  • Help with facilitating onboarding bootcamp for the 2021 postgraduates that will start 1st September 2021
  • Help bring new Postgraduate Program strategy to life 

Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

  • You should be a master's student looking for an internship for you third semester
  • Ideally you study HR or communication
  • Very structured and analytic mindset 
  • Have a big interest for HR and processes
  • Have a can-do attitude and look for solutions rather than problems
  • Fluent in English both written and oral
  • Great at making presentations in PowerPoint and some experience in Excel
