Job Description

We are currently looking for an innovative, detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager, Digital who will take our Global Planning & Logistics chain to the next level and lead the digital transformation to make Danfoss solutions even more intelligent using Control Tower, AI, IoT.

The job is in Bulgaria or Poland.

In this position, you will be part of the global Digitization & Support team at Global Planning & Logistics, where you will be responsible for managing digital projects, improving customer experience, developing new concept. When working with other teams to deliver projects on time, you should be able to juggle different tasks and collaborate with stakeholders.

To be successful as a digital project manager, you should have solid project management knowledge (Six Sigma, Agile, Lean), technical background, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Adapting projects to the requirements of the Supply Chain strategy
  • Manage the global digital transformation projects: analyse requirements, preparing budgets, detailed projects plan, progress monitoring and reporting, identify risks and recommendation of changes
  • Collaborate with the stakeholders (including IT, Business, Top Management) throughout the project
  • Using the Agile methodology and project management system
  • Stay up to date with all trends in the digital Supply Chain
  • Aligning the Supply Chain strategy with general business goals
  • Generate new ideas to take advantage of the technological opportunities that digitization offer
  • Present project proposals to the management team

Background & Skills

  • Master’s in Project Management, Computer Science, IT, or similar
  • At least 2/3 years of professional experience as Project Manager (Digital Transformation Projects would be your advantage)
  • Practical knowledge of systems and software for project management (Lean, Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma)
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English are required
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Supply Chain 4.0
  • Critical thinking and negotiation skills
  • Independent way of working, the ability to "think outside the box", innovative mindset
  • Proven ability to handle multifunctional projects and effectiveness in dealing with various teams
  • Excellent communication skills during discussions and presentations to different audiences
