Job Description
Value Stream Leader is fully accountable for the Product Lines effectiveness; to ensure results in accordance with agreed objectives, fulfilment of production plans, productivity target (quantity) and quality assurance with minimum waste. The position holder is also responsible for the continuous improvements of the productivity/capacity.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute production orders according to priority
- Responsible for Manning, Machines, Materials, Environment, Methods
- Ensures production processes execution in compliance with quality specifications
- Deliver planned productivity and when need start corrective/preventive actions to meet targets
- Responsible for selection, recruitment, onboarding, training and motivation of direct reports
- Ensures competency development of the production staff
- Responsible for resources management and control
- Actively leads and participates in production process development projects, improvement projects, problem solving and etc.
Other tasks
- Further tasks may be assigned by the line manager in accordance to the qualifications and responsibilities
- Мust be familiar with and ensure that the guidelines issued by the company are strictly followed: e.g. H&S rules, Internal rule book, Ethics Handbook, Danfoss Group's IT code of conduct, good IT practice in Danfoss and rules for the use of e-mail, Internet, social networking media including
Background & Skills
Minimum requirements to educational background and working experience:
- Master/Bachelor degree in appropriate education area.
- Relevant knowledge & experience.
- Knowledge of SAP program.
- Other computer skills at advance level.
- Fluent English.
- Lean technologies.
Essential personal characteristics:
- Very good communication skills (able to influence).
- Organizational skills.
- Managerial skills.
