Customer Experience Manager

Job Description

Customer Experience Manager serves as the primary customer contact for your assigned portfolio of accounts and ensure all customer needs and expectations are met along with managing a team. This person is also responsible leading other team members driving clarity and decision-making skills. You will respond to inbound customer calls and email regarding order inquiry as to ship dates, problems, order changes, repairs and RMA's. You will assist other customer service associates with administrative duties. You will communicate with other departments such as Technical Support, Logistics, Manufacturing, Regional Sales Managers, Product Managers, etc., to resolve customer issues. You will support ordering processing including order entry, expediting orders, change orders, returns, monitoring order status and resolving discrepancies.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
•    Leads drive a positive customer experience by building relationships, exhibiting empathy, and providing solutions to their needs.
•    Drives customers using acquired skills to complete and support the customer experience.
•    Processes transactions such as sales orders, returns and exchanges.
•    Must have profitable growth to meet team and individual goals while enabling an excellent customer experience.
•    Must have the appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and self-development.
•    Utilizes available tools to stay current on promotional initiatives and help execute profitable growth through critical business drive times.
•    Generates future opportunities by discovering the deeper needs of our customers to build lasting relationships.
•    Embraces our learning culture to continuously improve existing skills while acquiring new ones in support of our customer obsession and advancing your contribution
•    Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing tasks and demands.
•    Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
•    Must have high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations.

Background & Skills

•    Must have bachelor’s degree in business or a related major or 15 years of experience in lieu education
•    Minimum 10 years’ experience working in a customer facing service role.
•    Experience leading a team preferred
•    SAP Experience is required
•    Must have Technical knowledge working with Industrial application.
•    Excellent time and project management skills. You're always looking to improve inefficient processes
•    Expert at Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, Salesforce and help desk support software
•    Must possess a professional, friendly attitude and strong telephone handling skills to be able to quickly develop a rapport with internal and external customers over the phone
•    Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
•    Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
•    Understanding of website development, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing and internet technology
