Job Description

Danfoss is looking for a HR Data Administrator, who will provide functional HR system and process support and administrate data to support smooth and accurate processing of core, global HR processes across the company.
 

Job Responsibilities

•Maintain data, support mass upload activities and run reports according to the service scope
•Administrate and document updates and changes for global HR System modules
•Verify data and correct where necessary, high data quality is a key requirement
•Comply with data integrity and security policies
•Provide support to global HR process experts and regional HR community for global HR Systems related processes
•Support merger and acquisition initiatives
•Participate in regular feedback sessions, infomration and knowledge exchange across the HR user community

 

Background & Skills

•University Degree (Bachelor or above)
•1-2 years or data related working experience
•Fluent in English, strong communication skills - both written and verbal
•Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
•High level of affinity to and initial experience with HR Systems, ideally with SAP SucccessFactors
•Analytical, target oriented work style
•Team player and international mindset
