车间现场工艺的维护和改善，喷漆工艺的维护和改善，日常工艺相关文件的维护，现场生产问题的解决
Job Responsibilities
1. 与生产主管紧密配合，确保生产的顺利进行
2.PFMEA/CP/FLOW CHART/SOP 的文件的维护
3.每天现场生产问题的解决
4.现场夹具，胎具的维护升级
5.使用质量工具解决现场质量问题
6.领导要求的其他任务
Background & Skills
1. 本科相关专业。
2. 需要喷漆化工背景的专业。
3. 良好英文读写能力。
4.了解水性漆和喷粉漆的特点及使用方法。
