Job Description
Serve and support the local production site and accompany the local supply chain and purchase department, localizing parts and stabilizing technical processes through below R&D activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain for regional market certification compliance (e.g. CCC/CE/UL…) on products from mass production in China, localization production from other global plants, new products from projects
- Development of ideas and drafts optimizations in models, assemblies and drawings of mobile and stationary reciprocating in regards of sustainable improvement on mass products
- Lead or support in localization projects and daily mass production improvement tasks from engineering view, including design and validation.
- Leads or support on field failure analysis and problem solving of mass production from engineering view, including root cause analysis and solution validation.
Background & Skills
Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical engineering or related education background.
English as a working language and speaking well.
Expertise in thermodynamics, fluid technology and fluid mechanics.
Experience in tools of CAD/SAP/BOM/PPAP/6-sigma.
Experience in the regional market certification compliance of low voltage directive and pressure equipment directive
Ideally experience with semi-hermetic or hermetic compressor design.
