Job Description

HR Specialist is support HR System maintain, Data analysis, and drive digital project independently. 

Job Responsibilities

Onsite daily work: 
Provide HR Operation daily service to employee
* HR Daily work such as onboard /offboard/Contract Renew/Consult,etc. 
* HR system maintenance 
(SuccessFactor,Local HR system) 
* Data analysis ability: HR report and dashboard support by PowerBI 

Digitalization work:
* Drive digital project independently 
* Make Ops digitalization Plan 
* Drive and  work with team each project team to realize digital projects can come true on time
* Ensure good result and high satisfcation in whole digitalization road  

Background & Skills

* Familiar with HR Operation daily work and process
* Use HR system experience (exp. SAP, SuccessFactor, Local HR system) 
* Strong HR data analysis ability and experience 
* Drive Operation digital roadmap experience independent (Process automation, employee digital experience, APP, WeChat, etc.)
* Rich HR digital project experience and can use digital tools well to improve HR work (Microsoft Tools such as Sharepoint, PowerBI, Power Automation, etc.)
* Good HR digitalilzation mentality
* Have IT knowledge is plus
