Job Description

1. Customer claim handling and buid good relationship between Danfoss and customer, improve customer claim lead time.
2. Coordinate daily line quality issue/internal 8D/stop the line management, participate all relevant internal and external audits

Job Responsibilities

•Lead supplier development projects, evaluate supplier systems and complete new supplier Production Part Approval Processes (PPAP) and major project PPAP’s, including on site run off’s in support of implementation teams
•Lead supplier for all electronics suppliers, monitoring the quality performance of these and driving improvements
•Ensure supplier quality and performance data is available and accurate at all times for suppliers in their category and benchmark best in class practices to drive suppliers to that performance with contunuous improvement.
•Maintain an expert level understanding of global standards, tools and templates to identify gaps and train suppliers at all levels to drive improvements in KPI’s
•Resolve supplier corrective actions requests to system level completion (Facilitate 8D)
•Perform the lead auditor role and follow up on activities with suppliers, just as you ensure that suppliers in the category are behaving in compliance with environmental and ethical standards
•Resolve major or escalated operational issues with suppliers such as quality and delivery problems, including engaging the right people (internally and externally)
•Early involvement to Supplier phase in and phase out projects.
•Supplier related trainings
•Data alalysis of worst supplier performance.
•Daily supplier quality related claim handlings

Background & Skills

  • Strong supplier quality management background with excellent communication skills in bilingual languages.
  • Electrical engineering education or relevant SQE background, mechanical experience is prefered
  • Minimum 6 years experience as a SQE in a international company
  • Global mindset with NPD project experience.
  • Good Oral and written English skill is required
  • Well knowledge about ISO9001 system or IATF16949 system with quality tools like 8D/5 tools
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Good practical computer skills (MS-Office/MS-Outlook/)
