Job Responsibilities

-Develop and promote Danfoss Drives products in Northwest China Region to achieve targeted revenue and growth objectives. to create Long and short term sales and marketing plan based on the group strategy and market situations
-To lead the sales organization to develop the market, maintain customer relationship, generate sales and deliver turnover target
-Sales channel development and distributer performance management and competence building
-Strengthen sales channel to fit to market and business development
-Strengthen Danfoss brand image in Northwest China Region with the support of relevant function departments
-Reporting, including but not limited to market and competition dynamics
-Collaboration with Vertical sales and leverage internal sales support function resource to develop Northwest business
-Training and service to end users, distributors and design institute
-To provide, within a given framework, a report on sales activities in the responsible application

Background & Skills

-Bachelor degree with significant knowledge on Drives
-Over 2 years of sales team management experiences
-Customer oriented and skills in customer communications and presentations
-Initiative and strong motivation, communication skill, teamwork spirit
-Self-initiative and self-disciplined
