Customer Service Specialist - Maternity Cover

Job Description
As the Customer Service Representative, you will interact by phone and email. You will be handling tickets in our CRM system and work in SAP. The main duties are communicating with customers and forwarders, supporting Sales Team with simple order related tasks. You can be slightly experienced candidate with a background from Customer Service or a junior candidate willing to learn and boost the carrier in a global corporate company.
This position is a maternity cover starting as soon as possible and will run until 01.07.2026.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.
- Provide effective, proactive, and professional service to our customers.
- Manage customer enquiries and supporting activities by telephone, email, SAP, Sales Force, and other mediums.
- Answering incoming calls, sorting cases & coordinating queues and follow up.
- Create orders in SAP, LCI, EDI.
- Follow-up on open orders.
- Create customer master and materials in Sales Force and SAP.
- Maintain/update prices in Vendavo/SAP.
- Provide information to customers about distributors, partners, and service companies.
- Work within the larger Customer Service team to support colleagues locally and internationally where needed.
- With a high customer focus, identify and resolve issues proactively and help the customers and colleagues to efficiently manage requirements.
- Provide required documentation to customers.
- Apply Danfoss processes and procedures in daily work, be open to new ways of working yet remain flexible to ensure customer remains as the focus.
Background & Skills
- Min. high school graduate with technical background is an advantage
- SAP or Customer Service experience are advantages. Knowledge of other CRM Systems, such as SalesForce.com is a plus.
- Language skills: Serbian, Croatian and English
- You are fast in understanding customer questions and respond time, you communicate effectively, both oral and written, also you are flexible, with good interpersonal skills and used to work under pressure.
