Job Description

Danfoss is seeking a hands-on, project focused Manufacturing Engineer. If you are an experienced professional ready to bring forward your ideas, then Danfoss gives you the freedom to do so. 

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 

 

1. Responsible for heat treatment process design, and develop relevant tooling and fixtures

2. Based on IATF16949 quality system, to define heat treatment process documents, including SOP, WI, PFMEA, CP etc.
3. Responsible for researching and verifying the new process technology and equipment for heat treatment.
4. Support heat treatment production line to solve daily process issues.
5. Complete relevant tasks arranged by department manager.
6. Continuous improve heat treatment process for safety, quality, delivery and cost.
7. Participate in and manage Change Control projects
8. Leading or participating in solving customer complains about heat treatment quality of parts.
9. Responsible for process capability and capacity analysis.
10. Leading and manage key process improvement projects.
11. Responsible for sample inspecting and control on heat treatment production line.

2.按IATF16949质量体系要求编写热处理工艺文件,包括:SOP,WI,PFMEA,CP, CI等。
3.负责热处理新工艺与设备的调研和验证。
4.解决热处理生产过程中遇到的工艺问题;
5.完成部门经理安排的与热处理加工工艺相关的工作。
6.热处理工艺持续改进,包括安全、质量、交付和成本。
7.参与和管理变更控制项目。
8.领导或参与解决与零件热处理质量相关的客户投诉
9.负责过程能力及产能分析
10.领导和管理关键工艺改进项目
11. 负责热处理生产线试样质量检测与控制

 

Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

1. More than 3 Years relevant working experience and major in Metal Material and Heat Treatment engineering .
2. Familiar with systemic tools, such as SOP, PFMEA, CP, Problem Solving Skills etc.
3. Good Communication Skills both in English and mandarin. CET4 or higher level.
