Job Description
Managing, leading, developing an efficient process team to keep production process is functioned with continual improvement on quality, productivity, cost and safety. Coordinate and lead production projects.
Job Responsibilities
•Lead the activity of production trouble shooting, including evaluation, selection and application suitable engineering techniques to solve process problems happened in production
•Initiate & Responsible for making adaptation/modification in order to achieve optimum solutions for process projects
•Responsible for the new process define, layout and capacity design and ordering processing equipments and advising suitable suppliers; Installation of equipment and start-up of production,Capex budget submissions,PFMEA, SOS, QS9000 procedures
•Project management; deliver projects on time and within budget
•Production efficiency improvements; Standard time maintain and improvement
•Product quality control and continuous improvements
•Initiate production cost reduction activity
•Selection / evaluation to component vendor in co-operation with quality and purchasing dept
•Competence develop and personnel management
•Be responsible for the position related to QMS& EHS issues
•Other activities and responsibilities assigned by operation leader
Background & Skills
•Bachelor or above in Engineering related background
•Min. 5 years working experience in related area of manufacturing factory with solid theoretical knowledge and practical experience & skill
•Excellent problem solving skills and root cause analysis
•Good written and spoken English
•High sense of responsibilities, to be pro-active and work independently
•Customer driven and quick learner
•Open mind and good communication
•Management experience
