Job Description

Responsible for PDP and innovation parts development and the operational procurement activities within the local / regional plant sites to ensure the business is running. 

Job Responsibilities

Supplier onboarding as per Danfoss standards, coordinate ramp up and ramp down of new projects;
Facilitate projects for supporting PPM improvement;           
The first escalation point for supply and/or quality issues including documentation of supplier performance;
Monitor forecast versus supplier capacities. Work with Category in case of misalignments;
Pricing & Price Change Reporting;
Own and maintain procurement master data for local / regional sites, incl. SAP data;
Create & maintain Service Level Agreements;
Own and maintain supplier tooling database, incl. Input for budget;
Effective, proactive liaison with other relevant functions-departments to forecast and supply to the business;
Active teamwork with the category teams and BU teams to constantly improve processes, meet-exceed target, share best practices and present;
Support corrective actions for on time delivery (OTD);
C suppliers negotiation ;
Support and follow up reimbursement activities.

Background & Skills

Education: Degree or certificate within logistics, business administration, supply chain preferred. Other relevant fields are manufacturing, quality, technology, or process engineering
Experience: 3-5 years experience in parts and supplier management preferred.
Personal attributes: Good communication skills. Ability to influence and work through others.
Problem solving and analytical skills. Flexible, creative and possessing a "can do" attitude.
Reports to: Procurement Manager. Direct Reports: None. Authorities: Refer to delegation of authorities document.
