The Fluid Conveyance Division provides hoses, fittings, tubing, and connectors that transport – or convey – liquids, gases and solids of all kinds including hydraulic oil, water, fuel, air and concrete. Danfoss has a strong presence in Türkiye, with one of the world’s largest hose production facilities located in Çerkezköy.

As our Senior HR Manager, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, coach, and change agent for leaders, managers, and employees. You will develop and implement HR strategies that align people, performance, and programs with business objectives to drive growth and engagement.

You’ll join a team of continuous learners who are collaborative, forward-thinking, and driven by people, process, and performance. We are agile and team-oriented, working together to create an inclusive environment.

You will operate primarily from our Maslak (Istanbul) office and Çerkezköy (Tekirdağ) manufacturing plant, ensuring close collaboration with both corporate and manufacturing environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Deliver high-value HR support to leaders and local HR team, providing strategic leadership to convert business plans into results-driven HR strategies.
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify and develop organizational skills and capabilities to meet future market demand through training, development, staffing, and retention strategies.
  • Guide leadership toward practices that lift employee engagement and maintain positive labor relations.
  • Manage HR team’s delivery of day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
  • Foster a positive work environment and strengthen Danfoss’ position as an employer of choice in the local market.
  • Operate with confidence and autonomy as the functional lead for the site, balance empathy with business acumen.
  • Use data, expertise, and coaching skills to influence business decisions consistent with Danfoss values and ethical standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR roles of progressing responsibility with proven expertise in recruitment, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
  • Previous people management experience is a must.
  • Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Türkiye.
  • Ability to champion new ideas, manage and lead through change, and execute on action plans.
  • Proven ability to manage a blended labor workforce and partner with union representatives, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements and fostering positive labor relations.
  • A strategic mindset and someone who takes ownership, looks ahead, and creates impact before being asked.
  • Fluency in Turkish and English (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to Travel.
