You will play a key role in ensuring that our production runs smoothly and efficiently. By balancing production capacity, customer demand, and material availability, you help deliver products on time and keep our operations running at their best.

In this role, your decisions directly influence production flow, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with production and supply teams, turning data into clear actions that improve performance and reduce delays.

This is an opportunity to shape logistics processes and planning strategies while being part of a collaborative team that values continuous improvement and smart solutions.

 

This is an on-site job, open in our plant in Vrbové (Piešťany district), Slovakia

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Plan and optimize production capacity to meet customer orders and forecasts on time
  • Monitor, adjust, and evaluate planned orders and production schedules to ensure smooth execution
  • Collaborate with supply planners and production teams to align material flow and manufacturing priorities
  • Analyze delays and bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve delivery performance
  • Manage and optimize inventory levels, balancing availability with cost efficiency
  • Support production ramp-ups, transfers, and improvement projects with a focus on logistics efficiency
  • Track and analyze KPIs, providing insights that drive better planning and decision-making

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in production planning, logistics, or supply chain roles
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel (advanced level) and general MS Office tools
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA is a plus)
  • Ability to communicate in English at a working level
  • Strong sense of ownership, reliability, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure
