We are looking for an experienced Engineer, who can work together with the organization to drive customer focused quality improvement and be the project leader for these.

You will play a key role in managing quality projects, implementing the APQP and following up on our quality initiatives and hereby promoting a strong quality mindset, and on a structured way improve the quality in our existing products and processes.

Job Responsibilities

As our new Project Manager for Quality, you will be the central point of contact for managing customer-focused problem-solving projects. In this role, you will collaborate with Engineering, Application Engineering, Operations, Sales, and customers to ensure successful outcomes.
Additionally, you will take the lead in process improvement projects, such as APQP, as part of our proactive approach to continual improvement.

Your main responsibilities will include:

 

  • Driving customer-focused problem solving to enhance satisfaction.
  • Anchoring APQP in new product developments to ensure quality from the start.
  • Improving internal business processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Following up on quality initiatives to promote a culture of excellence.

Background & Skills

As a talented Project Manager, Quality, we expect you to have a background in engineering, ideally with a degree in mechatronics. Your analytical mindset, structured approach, and attention to detail will be crucial in effectively managing quality projects.
 

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years in experience in quality
  • Documented IATF competences
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communicator

Additionally, possessing the following skills would be highly advantageous:

  • Hydraulic knowledge (especially in Steering applications)
  • APQP knowledge
  • Documented Project Management competences
  • Danish language skills
