As an Account Manager in our multi-divisional sales team based in our Jakarta Office, you will play a key role in growing Danfoss Power Solutions in Indonesia by helping OEM and distribution customers succeed in demanding off‑highway applications. Your work will directly support customers in mining, construction and agriculture to operate more efficiently and sustainably.
By combining your technical understanding of hydraulics with strong commercial skills, you will turn customer needs into tailored solutions that create long-term value. You will be trusted as a partner who understands their business, not just their products.
As part of a diverse and international sales organization, you will contribute to Danfoss’ ambition to drive the sustainable transformation of hydraulics, digitalization, and electrification across the region.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Grow sales with OEM and distribution customers by developing accounts and increasing share of wallet across assigned industries and products.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by understanding customer applications and translating needs into value‑adding technical solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers to increase customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Manage leads, opportunities, and forecasts in CRM while applying Danfoss’ sales and pricing methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, application, and service teams to deliver the right solution at the right time.
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience in technical sales within the hydraulics or off‑highway industry, with the ability to engage confidently with B2B customers.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic products and applications in sectors such as mining, construction, agriculture, or industrial machinery.
- Proven ability to develop accounts, identify opportunities, and deliver sustainable sales growth.
- Clear and confident communication skills in English and Indonesian, including customer presentations and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia and internationally and work effectively in a multicultural, matrix environment.
