What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and enhance Polarion solutions, workflows, and automation to improve efficiency and user experience across global teams.
- Develop and maintain custom extensions, integrations, and APIs that connect Polarion with critical engineering and enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and engineering needs into scalable, maintainable ALM solutions.
- Support platform upgrades, performance improvements, and issue resolution to ensure a stable and reliable environment.
- Establish development best practices and provide technical guidance that strengthens solution quality and long-term sustainability
What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience configuring and developing solutions within Polarion ALM, including workflows, work items, reporting, dashboards, and customization.
- Practical expertise in Java, JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL, and extension or plugin development.
- Experience integrating Polarion with enterprise engineering platforms, preferably PLM environments such as Teamcenter.
- Ability to analyze requirements, solve complex problems, and design scalable technical solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
