We’re looking for a Coordinator to be the engine room of the Danfoss Climate Solutions Academy. If you love structure, enjoy working with data and get satisfaction from things just working, this one’s for you.

You’ll keep our learning systems humming, our data clean and our global learners supported.

What You’ll be doing

  • Own the learning systems: Be the primary contact for Danfoss Learning (SABA) and PeopleNow (SuccessFactors). Keep content accurate, systems tidy, and issues properly resolved. Not half-fixed.
  • Make data useful: Track participation, completion, and engagement. Spot trends, flag risks, and turn numbers into clear insights that support decisions.
  • Keep Academy operations running: Manage the shared inbox and internal requests. Keep the Academy SharePoint organised, relevant, and easy to use.
  • Support Academy projects: Provide administrative and coordination support for key Academy initiatives. Keep timelines, follow-ups, and details under control so plans actually happen.
  • Support the team: Help with scheduling, coordination, and ad hoc tasks. Free up the team to focus on learning impact instead of admin noise.

This role is likely a good fit if you…

  • Have 1–3 years’ experience in administration, coordination, operations, or project support
  • Are naturally organised and good at closing loops
  • Are tech-savvy and comfortable working with reports and data. You can turn numbers into useful insights
  • Communicate clearly and confidently in English
  • Spot problems early and deal with them before they escalate
  • Can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
  • Are reliable, collaborative, and comfortable working independently when needed
  • Care about user experience and making processes simpler and smarter
