As a self-driven member of our dedicated Data Center Sales team, you will have the autonomy to create and execute your own growth strategies. You'll also collaborate with a talented network of internal experts in engineering and customer service to deliver exceptional results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive our sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the data center market, directly expanding our footprint.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with key decision-makers, becoming their go-to expert for Danfoss Power Solutions.
- Act as a strategic consultant for your clients, understanding their unique needs to deliver tailored, value-driven liquid cooling and power solutions.
- Lead strategic business reviews with customers and internal leadership to highlight successes, identify new opportunities, and ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with our engineering, product, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for your customers.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of sales experience, with 2-3 years of that focused on the data center industry. Experience with liquid cooling solutions is a significant plus.
- Proven success navigating and collaborating effectively within a complex, global organization.
- A strategic mindset with experience using a value-based sales process and CRM tools to manage your pipeline and report on progress.
- A self-driven and disciplined professional, comfortable working effectively in a remote home-office environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 50% of the time to connect with customers and internal teams.
