As our Account Manager-Data Center Sales based in Taiwan, you’ll play a key role in global sales strategy by strengthening customer relationships, increasing market share, secure opportunities to achieve growth targets and provide exceptional service in this key region.

You’ll collaborate with the global sales team, application engineering and the various business functions as your take ownership of the sales growth and relationship of assigned accounts. You’ll plan, coordinate and execute sales efforts to achieve targeted growth while maintaining a professional connection with the customer, helping us move toward a more efficient and successful future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Execute sales by identifying customer applications, products, programs, etc. that present an opportunity for Danfoss. Understand and communicate details of opportunity internally to align support and prioritization.
- Develop and maintains broad relationships at customer to cover key decision makers and critical departments that will support specification and purchase of our products.
- Represent Voice of Customer within our organization by communicating on topics such as price, product changes, forecasts, new product needs, performance metrics and other relevant topics to ensure Danfoss understands customer expectations.Coordinate local wins in support of global projects, ensuring all tiers tied to programs are understood and supported.
- Coordinate and partner with internal stakeholders – teammates, customer service, business units, design engineers, applications engineers, pricing, quality, etc. to ensure high levels of support and communication to assigned customers.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience. preferably in the data center market in some capacity
- Experience working in a global matrixed or otherwise complex environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
- Takes action in alignment with the commercial objectives of the organization. Focuses on value-adding activities. Able to clearly communicate and present our value to customers.
- Demonstrates persistence, drive and takes initiative - strives to meet goals, carry out tasks and achieve results.
- Maintains a positive approach in the face of setbacks and follows through to completion. Remains calm in demanding and changing situations.
