As our Advanced Sales Engineer , you’ll play a key role for Variable Frequency Drive project sales within the Pharmaceutical and Agribusiness sectors across East China.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive VFD project sales​ within the Pharmaceutical​ and Agribusiness​ verticals across East China
• Formulate and execute​ business plans for these key verticals to ensure sustainable business growth
• Collaborate​ with regional and channel sales teams to recruit, develop, and manage​ high-performing channel partners, thereby increasing market share and elevating the Danfoss brand​ presence
• Execute sales operations​ by establishing monthly sales plans, monitoring progress, and implementing contingency plans​ to guarantee the achievement of annual sales targets

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3+ years of proven project sales experience​ specifically within the Pharmaceutical industry
• Hands-on technical background​ with a preference for candidates possessing on-site project experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, majoring in Electrical or Automation Engineering​ is highly preferred
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills​ with a proactive, patient, and team-oriented working style
• Strong willingness to learn​ and acquire new skills/knowledge; curiosity-driven​ towards new technologies and applications
• Proficiency in written English​ is required
