We are looking for a Customer Service Intern to join our Customer Service Center Team in Almaty, Kazakhstan for 6 months.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.
- Handling customer requests through SalesForce and responding to cases in line with KPI's,
- Creating orders in SAP and planning deliveries in collaboration with the sales team,
- Communicating regularly with the sales team and fulfillment team to improve delivery performance,
- Managing data quality in SAP and CRM system and preparing regular reports to the customer service Center Team,
- Sales process improvements (order mng, delivery, invoicing...etc).

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
- Currently pursuing a degree in their 3rd or 4th year or graduated in Business, Economics, or a related field,
- Ability to work 5 days a week during the summer and at least 3 to 4 days a week during the winter,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Ability to work as part of a team,
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
- Fluent in Russian and English.
