What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as a key player in integrating our core manufacturing systems (MES, HMI, and ERP) to create a seamless, data-driven production environment.
- Provide critical hands-on and remote IT support for our manufacturing sites across the globe, ensuring our systems are always running at their best.
- Serve as the go-to technical expert for our factory teams, troubleshooting complex issues and delivering innovative solutions that improve safety, quality, and productivity.
- Develop and share best practices for our manufacturing IT systems, creating the clear documentation and training that empowers our global teams.
- Participate in a 'follow-the-sun' support model, collaborating with a global team and traveling internationally to lead key project implementations.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in a Manufacturing or IT-related field is preferred, but equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- 4+ years of hands-on IT experience directly supporting manufacturing and shop floor systems.
- A strong understanding of the manufacturing execution layer, with familiarity of concepts like ISA-95 and ITIL.
- Working experience with SQL databases and SSRS reporting. Programming experience in languages like C#, VB.Net, or Python, are all significant advantages.
- Experience with development tools like Azure DevOps and a working knowledge of current operating systems, IT hardware, and networking concepts.
- The ability and willingness to travel internationally up to 40 days per year to support global projects.
What You'll Get from Us
- We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
- You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
- We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
- You’ll receive benefits like annual bonus, paid vacation, 401k matching, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
