This is a role where you won’t just follow a process; you will own it, improve it, and become a go-to expert for the systems that drive our business forward.

Your work will have a direct and tangible impact on our ability to serve our customers. You will remove obstacles, streamline workflows, and ensure the entire Hydrostatics division has the support it needs to thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Take full ownership of our Customer Request Process, ensuring our sales teams get the accurate digital information they need to win new business quickly.
  • Act as the central coordinator for complex customer requests, collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to deliver timely and high-quality solutions.
  • Serve as a go-to expert and Super User for SAP, Salesforce, and Teamcenter, helping to train and support your colleagues in overcoming technical challenges.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing our current processes and tools, finding innovative ways to make them faster, simpler, and more efficient.
  • Directly handle standard customer requests for things like new part numbers or compliance information, providing a fast and reliable response.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and Teamcenter, preferably as a power user or Super User.
  • A strong customer-first mindset and experience supporting a fast-paced, global sales organization.
  • A natural problem-solver with a passion for process improvement and finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English, with the ability to work effectively with a global team.

What You'll Get from Us

  • We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  • You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  • We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  • You’ll receive benefits like 401k, annual bonus, paid vacatio, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
