Are you a leader who thrives on the factory floor, not behind a desk? As our new Engineering Team Leader, you will be a hands-on coach and mentor, providing the direct, on-the-floor support that empowers our engineers and technicians to solve real-time challenges.

This is a role where your primary focus is on building people. You will be the go-to leader for a talented technical team, guiding their development, prioritizing their work, and fostering a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.

Your leadership will be the critical link between our engineering talent and our operational success. You will have a direct impact on our performance by ensuring your team is aligned, effective, and ready to tackle any issue that comes their way.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, coach, and develop a talented team of engineers and technicians, creating clear goals and providing the regular feedback they need to grow.
• Be a visible and hands-on leader on the shop floor, providing direct support and responding to escalations to keep operations running smoothly.
• Champion our core operational priorities of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost, ensuring your team is aligned and effective in their daily work.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, empowering your team to identify and solve problems at the root cause.
• Build our future talent pipeline by recruiting, mentoring, and developing the interns on your team.

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelors Degree in a technical field, especially in Engineering, along with experience as a leader or supervisor, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• A passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing people at all levels of an organization.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across all departments.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a strong, visible presence on the shop floor.
• Familiarity with systems like SAP and Teamcenter is a plus.
