The Impact You'll Make

 

Are you ready to move beyond classroom theory and start designing the products of tomorrow? As a Product Engineering Intern, you will join our core design team, using your engineering skills to create and improve the hydrostatic products that power machinery around the globe.

 

This is a role where you will get to be a true engineer. You will be exposed to the entire design process, from initial concepts and analysis to hands-on testing and validation in our state-of-the-art lab.

 

You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced product engineers, contributing to real projects and gaining invaluable experience. This is your chance to see how a world-class engineering team brings innovative ideas to life.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Use your engineering skills to design and analyze components and systems for our hydrostatic product lines.
  • Get hands-on in our lab, running tests and validating designs to ensure they meet our high standards for performance and reliability.
  • Contribute to the innovation of our products by helping to develop new features and design improvements.
  • Create and maintain the critical engineering documentation and drawings that are essential to the manufacturing process.
  • Collaborate with a team of product engineers, learning from their expertise and contributing to shared project goals.

What We're Looking For

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering.
  • A strong hands-on mechanical aptitude and a genuine passion for understanding how complex products work.
  • A proactive and curious problem-solver who enjoys working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent communication skills and a self-starter attitude.
  • You are available to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer and can continue part-time (at least 8 hours/week) during the school year.
