The candidate selected for this position will be responsible for generating new and/or continued Load Independent Spool Valve (LISV)  sales. The successful candidate will also possess a high level of knowledge necessary to comprehend and discuss technical aspects of the Spool Valve products and customer specifications.  

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

•    Works in conjunction with “Full-Line” Sales force and Distribution Network to develop sales and ensure application requirements are satisfied.
•    Make product recommendations for customer applications.
•    Develops and provides training to sales force and external customers
•    Develop customer/territory targets, sales targets, sales strategies and forecasts
•    Maintain continual knowledge of competitive valve products and services
•    Ability to travel extensively to customer sites to provide technical support and proposal presentation 
•    Provide input on acceptable price levels

Background & Skills

Requirements:
•    Degree in mechanical, electrical or agriculture engineering preferred
•    5+ years’ experience with specifying components in hydraulic systems required. Experience specifying LISVs into hydraulic systems preferred.
•    Commercial and Technical knowledge to take customer from “Cold Call” to full production.
•    Fluent in English required and Spanish preferred.

Locations: This is a remote position preferably for someone residing in the Midwest Region of the United States, but  we will consider applicants from all states.
